Alejandro Bartolomé Ortega


I am Alejandro Bartolomé Ortega. I am from Valladolid (Spain). I passed my BSc in Chemical Engineering at University of Valladolid, and, I also passed my MSc in Thermodynamic Fluids Engineering at University of Valladolid. My Master thesis was "Formulation of β-carotene in ethanol/water pressurized solutions."
Currently, I am working as a Junior Researcher at University of Maribor. My topic is a part of the DoHiP project included in Marie Curie Actions Framework.
My topic is "Extractions with CO2 at pressures in the range from 350 to 500 bars and separation of active compounds by preparative supercritical fluid chromatography" and Professor Doctor Željko Knez is my supervisor.
